Media Crush is a global company operating multiple brands across different markets.

The Challenge

Media Crush had a strong presence through its individual brands, but no central place where potential employees could understand the company behind them.

The challenge was to create an employer-focused digital presence that communicates the company’s culture, values, and opportunities while giving Media Crush an identity of its own.

Creating a Human-Centered Presence

The website shifts the focus from products and services to the people behind the company. Team imagery, culture, values, and opportunities become central to the experience, giving potential employees a clearer sense of what Media Crush is like as a workplace.

Simplifying

the Recruitment Journey

The careers experience was designed to make moving from discovering the company to applying for a role feel straightforward. Clear job information, focused calls to action, and a simple application flow reduce unnecessary friction while keeping the experience consistent with the rest of the website.

Supporting Internal Teams

Beyond the public website, I designed an internal sales dashboard to help managers and agents monitor performance more effectively. Key metrics, targets, and individual results are brought together in one interface, making important information easier to understand and act on.

Building a Scalable Design System

A shared design system was created to maintain consistency across the company website, internal products, and future initiatives. Typography, color, spacing, and reusable components provide a common foundation that makes new experiences faster to design and easier to scale.

Designing for Multiple Devices

Candidates may discover Media Crush through social media, job platforms, referrals, or direct search, making the mobile experience an important part of the recruitment journey.

Layouts, navigation, forms, and content were adapted across desktop, tablet, and mobile to maintain clarity and usability on every screen.
