Media Crush is a global company operating multiple brands. The website was created to showcase its culture, build trust, and attract potential employees.

The Challenge

The biggest challenge was shifting the focus away from products and services and toward people. Unlike a traditional corporate website designed to attract customers, this platform needed to attract future employees.

Candidates needed a quick way to understand who Media Crush is, what it stands for, and whether it would be the right place for them to grow their careers. The experience also had to support recruitment by making open positions and application flows easy to discover.

Creating a Human-Centered Company Presence

The website was designed around a simple idea: show the people behind the business.

Instead of focusing on business achievements, the content focuses on culture, growth, values, and opportunities. This helped create a stronger emotional connection with potential candidates and allowed them to understand what working at Media Crush looks like in practice.

Simplifying

the Recruitment Journey

One of the key objectives was reducing friction between discovering the company and applying for a role.

The careers experience was designed to be straightforward, allowing candidates to quickly explore opportunities and submit applications without unnecessary complexity. The application form follows the same visual language as the rest of the website, creating a consistent and seamless experience.

Supporting Internal Teams

Beyond the public-facing website, I also designed internal tools that support day-to-day operations.

One example is the sales performance dashboard, created to help managers and agents monitor key metrics, track progress toward targets, and identify top performers. The dashboard balances large amounts of information while keeping the most important insights visible at a glance.

Building a Scalable Design System

To ensure consistency across the website, internal products, and future company initiatives, I created a design system that defined colors, typography, spacing, and reusable components.

The visual language was intentionally minimal, relying on a limited color palette and strong contrast to create a clean and recognizable brand experience.

Designing for Multiple Devices

The recruitment journey was designed to work seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Since potential candidates could discover opportunities through social media, job boards, or direct referrals, it was important to ensure a consistent experience regardless of screen size.

Content hierarchy, navigation, application forms, and career pages were adapted for smaller screens to maintain clarity and usability. Particular attention was given to simplifying form completion on mobile devices and keeping key information easily accessible throughout the candidate journey.

Outcome

The final result was a centralized employer brand platform that gives Media Crush a clear identity beyond its individual brands. The website provides potential employees with a better understanding of the company's culture, values, and opportunities while supporting recruitment efforts through a more accessible and engaging candidate experience.

By combining employer branding, recruitment flows, internal dashboards, and a scalable design system, the project established a strong foundation for both company growth and future digital initiatives.
